Rochell Planty, CMP, CTA

As founder of Rockin R Meetings & Events, Rochell Planty, CMP, CTA is dedicated to meeting your needs and providing a successful outcome.

Planty has over 16 years of experience in the industry. Her scope of expertise includes public relations; meeting and trade show management, continuing medical education and special events.

Prior to Rockin R Meetings & Events, Planty served as Assistant Director for a medical association where she managed their medical conferences, special events, award programs and public relations. She has also served as an independent planner coordinating tradeshows, managing special events, concessions, media and designing promotional collateral for events.

Planty received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2003. She is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) where she served on the Board from 2005-2008 and was awarded "Rising Star" in 2003, the "Chapter Achievement" in 2005 and "Planner of the Year" in 2007 from the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of MPI. She was profiled in the October 2003 Arizona Business Magazine and recognized in their 2005 and 2006 editions of Experience Arizona as a conference coordinator.

Jay Planty has over 25 years of experience in management, operations and developing and recording music. He coordinates all areas of audio-visual from personnel and equipment requirements to making sure the client is comfortable and to provide quality sound and visual scene at the event.
